What are the listing costs?
Our selling service costs ?65, that's it. There is no commission and nothing to pay when the property is sold, no hidden costs and VAT is included.
What if I'm already using an estate agent?
No Problem! The use of a private internet advertising service or private newspaper advertising does not affect the most common form of agents contract (Sole Agency).
Should I tell my current agent?
It's a good idea. It may avoid any misunderstanding over commission at a later date and it will also serve to focus their minds on marketing your property more aggressively - they know they will not get paid if they don't introduce your final buyer.
Do you cover all areas in the UK?
Yes. Right Click Properties sell property anywhere in the UK.
What are my rights with 'Sole Agency'?
Most people don't realise that a standard 'Sole Agency Agreement' does not affect your right to sell the property privately. Your agent is entitled to commission only if he sells your property, or if a buyer is introduced by another estate agent during the period of the sole agency. However, if you find a buyer using private advertising such as the Right Click Properties (we are publishers not estate agents), then you won't be liable to pay any agent's commission.
Can I update or change my details after they are published on the Web site?
Yes. Our easy to use online editing facility provides you with instant access to your own property advertising so that you can amend the published details directly, any time you want, 24 hrs a day. Change the asking price, update your description, select different contact details - you have direct control, but if you need help with changes, we give you free support and assistance any time you need it.
Do I have to pay now?
No. Personal sign-up is free of charge, payment is only required when listing a property. For 'Professional' or 'Agent' users payment is required on sign-up and is either monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually (See agents registration page)
Is there a discount for advertising more than one property?
Personal users can only sell/let one property at a time. For estate agents, property developers, builders or indeed anyone with more than one property to advertise for sale, we offer a 'professional' packages with multiple listing facilities etc...
How long can I advertise for?
Until your property is sold - there is no time limit on the period of advertising. The price we charge you is fixed at the start of your advertising. There are no surcharges EVER - irrespective of any change in our costs or improvements in the content of our packages or partner network.
You need to keep us informed of developments, particularly if you accept an offer and /or exchange contracts on the property.
We review customer accounts periodically and reserve the right to discontinue the advertising in the event that we have reason to believe the property is no longer for sale.
Do I need a 'for sale' or 'to let' sign and do they cost extra?
To cover your local and non-internet market. Still one of the most effective means of attracting local buyers is a 'for-sale' or 'To Let' sign outside the door. Its part of your whole marketing package and you will almost certainly miss out on potential buyers if you don't have one.
Right Click Properties do NOT charge for any money for a 'For Sale' or 'To Let' board. Our 'for sale'/'ToLet' sign is delivered to your door within 7 days.
How do I prepare my house for sale?
There are a number of simple steps every homeowner needs to take in order to make the best impression when buyers come to view. Once you have attracted interest in your home from advertising, the viewing becomes one of the most critical points at which a sale can stand or fall. Home staging guide coming very soon!
How many pictures can I put up on the site off my property
You can place 10 pictures off your property on the site if you want to put this many pictures they are going to have to be under 200kb in size. To do this set your camara quality to low, the less pictures you add the bigger the size off the picture
